Description
The publication includes an essay by writer Jenny Uglow. The publication features works from his show at New Art Projects, London, in which Hare’s works recall past travels and scenes taken from memory. Hare’s works depicted a series of crowd scenes and snowscapes, however, he doesn’t place these images geographically or in time. The publication boasts some of Hares’ signature themes; sunsets over the hills, trees silhouetted against a twilight sky, and gardens alongside domestic works, family scenes and images of life at home.
